Fresh, vibrant aromas of passionfruit, lemon blossom and gooseberry are balanced with a mineral acidity, bright citrus and tropical fruit flavours. A great accompaniment with crustacean dishes, fresh seasonal salads or as an aperitif.

Gently crushed and cool fermented to enhance the natural vibrancy of our fruit. Fermented to dry.
