Tasting Notes
The 2021 growing season produced a small crop with intense flavours of dark red cherries, earthy tones, spicy oak and silky tannins. A rich and juicy Pinot Noir from the heart of the Martinborough Terrace. This wine will reward cellaring.
Expect best drinking from 2024 onwards.

23 days on skins. Natural spring malolactic fermentation.
Aged 11 months in French oak barrels, 26% new oak.
