Tasting Notes

Dark red cherries, earthy tones, spicy oak and silky tannins create a rich and juicy Pinot Noir from the heart of the Martinborough Terrace. This wine will reward cellaring.

Expect best drinking from 2022 onwards.

Clones 114, 115 and 777

Vinification

Single batch fermentation for 23 days.
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

Alc. 14.0%. Bottled 4th August 2020. 1,724 bottles produced.
