Lychee, pear and nectarine flavours combine with creamy, spicy barrel ferment characters to create a flavourful and textural wine.

From low cropped 20-year-old vines

Vinification

Gently crushed and cool fermented to enhance the natural vibrancy of our fruit. Cool fermented with 10% in barrels.
100% barrel fermented to dry on full lees for 11 months.

Alc. 14%.
