Moy Hall dessert wine is made only when the season dictates. Super sweet and unique wine made by selectively picking 100% botrytised berries late in the harvest season. Enjoy with cheese or dessert. Best served ice cold.

115 with 15% wholebunch and 777 clones. Fermented for 24 days on skins. Selected barrels from a very good vintage. 13 months in barrel with 30% new oak.
